The Dehydration process on our products extracts water only. It does not extract any nutritional or flavour virtues of the product. It actually concentrates those values and flavours into a lesser amount of product. Working on an average of 70% loss in weight the nutritional value of one kilogram of wet product is now into 300 grams of dehydrated product.
